Just a gentle reminder, please wear or bring comfortable clothing for your appointment and have your intake form completed prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have any additional information, such as requisitions, imaging reports or anything else believe would be of relevance, please bring it to your appointment.

Just a reminder we do not direct bill. All appointments are to be paid at the end of every appointment. You will receive a receipt you can submit to your insurance. The average time for reimbursement is typically 2 business days.

Lastly, we do not accept any WCB or MVA clients.

1 hour Follow-up Treatment: $150 (Starting April 14: $175)

45 mins Follow-up Treatment: $135 (Starting April 14: $155)

30 mins Follow-up Treatment: $110 (Starting April 14: $130)
